Eraldo Oliveri started working at CERN in 2006 for the TOTEM experiment. His areas of expertise include detector characterization, electronics integration, installation, commissioning and operation of the T2 Triple GEM inelastic telescope. In 2012, he joined the EP-DT-DD Gas Detector Development (GDD) group founded by George Charpak, led at that time by Fabio Sauli and today by Leszek Ropelewski. He is working on gaseous detectors generic and project oriented R&D, trying to explore the limits of these technologies.  He is an active member of the RD51 collaboration for the Development of Micro-Pattern Gaseous Detectors and diligently supporting common facilities and test beam at CERN.
