I am PhD associated with Hamburg University.
I did my bachelor and master studies at the Lund University developing neutron detectors. Previously I have been working for a detector group at the European Spallation Source in Lund. I have conceptualized, prototyped, and commissioned a Vanadium-based Beam Monitor and I have been in charge of a source testing facility (dosimetry, linux infrastructure installation). I have also simulated a water shielding project around an isotropic source and a detector project in Geant4 and most of all I have been part of welding, soldering, and other fun hands-on task with the assembly of novel boron-based detector technologies.
