During my Master and PhD in the ATLAS collaboration I worked on readout software and electronics for pixel detectors. My PhD focused on building a readout chain for a demonstrator setup for the ATLAS ITK Upgrade and performing measurements with this system. As a fellow, I will work on DAQ systems for silicon pixel-detector prototypes, and in particular further develop the Caribou modular DAQ hardware and software framework.
