I am a doctoral student at CERN specialising in monolithic CMOS silicon sensors. I graduated with a master degree in physics from the Justus Liebig University in Giessen. During my studies, I gained invaluable experience in the fabrication and characterization of micro-and nano-structured materials. Additionally, I've grown my analysis skills by evaluating the detection capabilities of the pixel detector employed in the Belle II experiment. I am currently working on the experimental characterization of monolithic CMOS silicon sensors in beam-tests and laboratory measurements. Most notably, I am passionate about improving the sensors by combining the results obtained from measurements with simulation studies.
