First technical and now doctoral student at CERN, member of the LHCb collaboration, he is currently doing research on the upgrade of the detector’s electromagnetic calorimeter exploring novel fast-timing and radiation hard light-based techniques to cope with the extreme conditions of the High-Luminosity LHC era and future colliders. Born in 1995, after a high school for classical studies, he graduated at Milano-Bicocca University with a B.Sc. and M.Sc. theses on PET scanners for medical applications and scintillating crystals calorimetry.
